Bad and digusting habits September 23, 2007

I have been trying to teach my kids about picking up good manners and avoid picking up bad and disgusting habits from people especially from their father, which is me by the way.
Try as I may but it’s to no avail as Wei Han managed to pick up the most common disgusting habit that should not be done in broad daylight. He has learned the art of ‘digging for gold’ and boy he sure did a lot of digging…

I’ve finally finished the last chapter of my MBA dissertation !!!! It took me 2 years to complete it when I could have done it in 6 months had I put more effort on it. But you know as always, I love to take my own sweet time to do things.
I feel a sense of relief that I’ve finally done it. Doing an MBA thesis to me is like going to hell and not knowing whether you’re gonna come back. It’s been hard but to me the MBA course has made me to become a better thinker – not that I don’t think…but just lazy to think.
I wanna thank my wife for constantly reminding me to complete the MBA thesis. Without her constant reminding, I would have given up and thrown in the towel.
Also I gotta thank my course lecturer for calling me up to say ‘Mr.Chin, when are you gonna pass up the thesis?. It’s been almost 2 years and by right, an MBA thesis should not take more than a year.”
Well…it’s done and right now it’s time for me to sit back, relax and have a can or two of beer.
